Western Australia
Western Australia is one of the biggest and most diverse regions of the world and is never short of extraordinary experiences. Perth is a vibrant, yet easy-going city integrated with man-made marvels and surrounded by natural attractions – the beautiful Swan River, Kings Park and Botanic Garden and the breathtaking sandy beaches that border the Indian Ocean. Add bright blue skies and an average of eight hours sunshine every day, more than any other Australian capital city, and you’d have to agree that Perth really does have it all.
Beyond Perth City you can discover the beauty of the State’s regional attractions. The South West is home to the world renowned wine and food region, Margaret River, majestic old growth forests, caves and coastline. In contrast, the North West couldn’t be more different. This part of the world is an incredibly vast and ancient wilderness of unsurpassed beauty rich in indigenous and pioneer history.
